Variegated yarns make darning with colour way more relaxing; they eliminate the need to purchase multiple yarn shades, pull colour combinations together, rethread your needle multiple times and tidy up a bunch of loose yarn tails.
 
Made from 100% merino wool - free from any synthetic fibres.

This luxury yarn was spun and dyed in Italy for the iconic knitwear brand Missoni. It's actually leftover or surplus yarn generated during the textile manufacturing process that would otherwise be discarded or end up in landfill. 
 
The 2-ply yarn can be doubled/tripled for repairs to thicker knitted garments. It would be most suitable for mending medium weight knitwear.
 
Each card provides approximately 10 meters (33 feet) of yarn.
